What do they mean and is it safe to drive to my mechanic which is 75 miles away?

Hi,

That isn't a trouble code. I believe it is scanner component id. When you did this, what took you to that code?

Here is a video showing how to scan a car's computer. See if it helps. I think you are missing a step in the process or not going far enough.
