How to change freeze plug without pulling motor?

Which freeze plugs are you referring to? There are many.

Is this a four wheel drive?

If it is, it would be easier to remove the motor since the front drive unit is directly in the way.

If it is a two wheel drive, you would need to disconnect the motor mounts and jack up the engine and remove the components that are interfering with access to the lugs.

Since you have one leaking, it is recommended to replace all of them. These casting plugs rust from the inside out from coolant breakdown.

Do you have access to a lift?

Okay, I do not know how mechanically inclined you are, but my suggestion is to let a shop perform this as you will need a lift for this project.

As I stated before, I would consider doing them all as if one has failed the rest are close behind.
