Door will not unlatch

We have been trying to unlatch the door and still cannot get it unlatched.

Hi Katie,

I am assuming the door is stuck closed? It doesn't work from the interior or external door handle?

Can you take a video of what the door is doing? This will get us on the same page very quickly. Thanks
