I get in my car and the whole carpet is soaked. I go to vaccum out the water and it pools up a little bit. It doesn't smell like coolant or refrigerant or any other fluids. It smells like pond water or something.

More than likely this is mildew that you are smelling. Which means it has been leaking for a while.

I would recommend removing the carpet and letting them dry to start.

Then while the carpets are out you can start water testing the vehicle. Start lower and move the hose higher up the windshield so that you can verify what area you are testing when it starts leaking.

If you have a sunroof then this is a likely cause. However, plugged evaporator drains can cause this as well.

Below is how to remove the carpet. Let me know if you have questions or what you find on this and we can go from there. Thanks
