Carburetor, spark plugs, catalytic converter

Replaced carburetor
Replaced spark plugs
when replaced carburetor I did not put some of the tubes on the ports.
car does not accelerate very well when gas pedal is pressed
popping sound out of exhaust
have noticed some loose debris moving around in catalytic con.

If the catalytic converter has started to collapse the matrix, this should be replaced first as you will not be able to fix any other tune related problem until this is done.
