The car is a1961 Ford Thunderbird with a 390 engine. When the car cranks, it starts leaking gas from the top of the carburetor. It appears to be coming out of the bowl and runs down the sides of the carburetor (See video).

What do you think the problem could be? Thanks in advance for your assistance.
