Engine does not crank over after replacing the battery, starter and alternator?

My car won't crank over on its own, but it will with a boost. I have replaced the battery, starter, alternator, and serpentine belt. This all started because my battery light would come on after starting the car and then go off after driving it for a while. The battery light is still doing the same thing.

When the engine is running does the alternator charge the battery? This guide can tell you for sure:

If it is not charging, can you check the IGN1 fuse (10 amp) in the fuse panel inside the car, here is a guide to help and i have included the fuse location in the images below:

The alternator is charging the battery, so I pulled out and gently wiped the contacts on all the fuses and have not had a starting issue since. However, the battery light is still coming on and stays on for a while after starting.

You may have a diode out inside the alternator and it is throwing AC voltage. I would use this guide to check the output and if there is any AC voltage present.
