Car cranks but will not start

Replaced PMC, not the problem. Mechanic said he tested everything but can't figure out why my car won't start.

So we are going to need more detail on what they found with the ignition and fuel system. This is where we need to start on trying to find why the engine will not start.

We need fuel, ignition and compression in order to start the engine. So we need to know what we don't have and go from there to find out why. Once we do this, we can actually fix it.
