I recently had the fuel pressure regulator replaced about two months ago and this morning I was driving it and it just turned off and would not turn back on. So I walked to where I was going and came back it started got about a mile down the road from where I picked it up an it shut off again. There is no check engine light on and it cranks when I try to start it, but just will not start. Any ideas on what it can be?
Thanks

When you first turn the key to run, before you turn the key to start, listen if the fuel pump runs for about two seconds. If not, check the fuel pump fuse and if it is okay, find the fuel pump relay and put your finger tips on it and feel if it clicks one time, when the key is first turned to run. If it does, try a new fuel pump relay or swap one into that spot of the same type and listen if the fuel pump now runs.

If you have a can of starting fluid handy, try spraying a couple of shots into the throttle body. If the engine then starts and runs for a few seconds, then it is the fuel system at fault so then since the fuel pump does run, perhaps the fuel injectors are not working, so to begin, check the fuel injector fuse's and the ECM fuses.
If the engine still will not start and run with the starting fluid even not for a few seconds, then it might be a problem with the ignition. So check the ignition fuses and then check for a spark.
