Hi:
If the battery is new and the battery terminals are clean and tight, free of corrosion, my first thought is a faulty starter motor. Also, if you haven't, check to see if the connection on the starter motor is clean and tight as well as the ground wire from the starter motor to the engine block. Confirm the battery cables are in good condition as well.
Since you are getting a click, that tells me the starter relay is working. Therefore, I suspect either the starter motor or a wire connection issue between the battery and the starter motor and the ground.
If you could remove the starter motor, many parts stores will test it for you free of charge, so that is an option. The starter is located under the intake manifold, so it's a little bit of a pain, but very doable.
