Okay, so I took my 4r70w transmission and had it rebuilt. After finally getting it back In place, I get everything wired up. Go to start the car, and for some reason my ABS light, my low oil light and the theft light all come on when I turn the key all the way over. I don't understand. Please help.

The first thing I would do is verify that you don't have a pinched wire or connector in the wrong place. Easy enough to get one caught between the transmission and the engine. If you find no wiring problems then I would start with testing the battery, if it went dead it is possible for the ECU to get "confused" and need to be reset to get things working again.
