I have a 2003 mdx. Recently my gear shift was sticking. It got stuck in park once and I was in a garage and read online a quick fix was to remove the valet section and press. I did so. It worked. Then a few weeks later I noticed a green key indicator flashing on my dash. I read my manual which stated my immobilizer system was not recognizing they key. Sure enough I went to start my car and the lights, radio. Etc all turned on, but the engine did not turn over. Now my electrical won't even turn on and the fob won't work. I did get a remote starter as a gift a few years ago and know they had to bypass. I do have a brand new battery so I can't imagine it is that. Any help?

Have you tried a spare key?

I did. I never got a valet key. The one thing I know is that the spare key has that remote starter fob. I used to use the fob that came with my Acura but they disabled it.
