Just recently replaced my heater core and evaporator compressor. The process was hell but I got it done but figured I'd try everything out before I put the dash back on. Also I lost my only fob key in the meantime and had to have one made. Got everything plugged in, new battery full tank of gas, can hear the fuel pump turn on, key goes in car turns over but will not start. I've been researching if they have a ignition fuel shut of switch but cant find and info. Can anybody please help me out. I'm At a loss. Any idea would great. I think I've tried everything but you never know. I'm desperate after $3,200.00 worth of work. Thanks Craig O.

Let's start with trying to find out if we have spark and fuel. We need to pull a plug and hold it against the block then crank the engine to see if we have spark. If we have spark then use starter fluid and see if it fires just to confirm a fuel issue.

I am thinking we have a security issue so I attached the way to deactivate the system. Let's run through this and go from there.

However, if it is not an alarm issue then we are a no start which is most likely fuel or spark as we can assume compression wasn't effected with what you did.

Let us know what you find and we can go from there. Thanks

Thank you for the reply. I'm on my way home right now to see if the ATA works first. But just to make sure "I need to deactivate it by unlocking the car with the hard key on the driver side door then try and start it from there?" That's it? Checking spark is easy and fuel gauge for pressure on the rail.

Correct. It appears the first one is to unlock it using the transmitter key so that should do the trick.

Keep us updated on what you find. Thanks
