The car would not start in park one day. So I was told to takeout of park an put in neutral and drive it. Now my car will not start even after buying a new battery. Now the car will not turn over at all. When putting the key in ignition the car makes beeping sound when I take key out of ignition.

This sounds like an issue with that is called the transmission range sensor. This is responsible for telling the computer that the vehicle is in park or neutral and is okay to start the engine.

When the vehicle doesn't start in park but does in neutral then this is normally what it is. Unfortunately, the only way to test it is to monitor the sensor with a scan tool and see that it is telling the PCM the correct position. So if you don't have a scan tool we are going to have to get someone that does.

Okay. Yes I do not have a Scan Tool. I was also told it may have something to do with my Anti Theft Secure System.

I doubt that this is a security issue if it was able to start in neutral. You could have another issue now that is causing the current issue but without getting codes and checking the system operation with a scan tool, there is no real way to know what the issue is.

Here is a guide that gives some common tricks on unlocking the security system. Let me know if you have any luck with any of this.
