Car will not start when key is turned?

Car has series of dashboard lights when key is turned. No cranking, nothing. Lights work, radio works, Car does not start

has been intermitent. Care has started b ut then when ignotion turned off, fails to start

if you can see the video, the flashing warning light, what is it?
what does it mean?
how can we get the car fixed?

I cant se ethe video can you please reload it? Also, it sounds like the starter motor is going out, I would try starting the car in neutral, foot on the brake pedal. This help help tell us if the neutral safety sensor is going out. To tell of the starter is going out you will need a test light on the starter trigger wire to see if it gets power when the key is in the crank position, you will need helper for this, Please go over this video to see what I am talking about.

Yepo! That is the security system enabled. Try the hard system reboot to see if that helps, it should reset the system. Also, is the battery in good shape, you might want to remove it and have it load tested at the auto parts store. Let me know, Ken
