Car will not start

Car is giving a theft deterrent fault code on display screen.
Changed key fob battery's. Is there a away to by pass this or fix this issue?

Bypassing the alarm does not work anymore because the entire system is integrated. Remove the negative battery cable and let the car sit for thirty minutes. Then reconnect it and unlock the drivers door with the key or remote and the system should be reset.
