Car Wii not crank

Ok I pulled up to gas station. Turned car off and when I got back in car it wouldnt crank. The lights on dash come on, but when I turn the key it doesnt crank. The battery is charged, the contnections are tight and clean. It wont come out of gear or crank.

Check fuse in tpim module and power dist both are underhood also check starter relay with another like relay. If not that you 'll have to have it scanned to see if tpim has gone bad. Tpim is total power integrated module. There is a tsb involving ground cables as well but it is on ly for certain vehicles. But it is for the 5.7 engine and 300/300c vehicles
