Hi,

I'm not sure if you mean the car will crank over and won't start or it won't crank over with with no start. So i'm going to give you information on both problems. First I would check the trouble codes and correct them, you will a scan tool to do that. The flashing D is a transmission fault this should be addressed right away, (Park Neutral safety switch could faulty)?
If it will not turn over you may have activated the Anti theft system, You will need to disarm it. Check your battery for full charge, Clean the battery terminals and make sure they are tight. Check fuses and relays I'm attaching wiring diagrams below so you can reference.
If it cranks over it may have jumped timing it needs to be checked, Check the fuel pump and ignition fuses and relays, Check fuel pressure it should hold 57 to 64 PSI. Check for spark at the coils on each cylinder with a spark tester. If no spark check the ignition crank sensor, cam sensor, coils, wires, spark plugs.
I'm attaching schematics and wiring diagrams below for your reference.
Please let us know if this information was help for you and what fixed your problem.

Thank you
Joe T.
