Engine cranks but does not start

Hello, my car decided one morning to just not start. It will turn over but won't start.

I checked the fuel pump, and it works. Cracked the fuel line at the fuel distributor, and it spewed like a thumb over a garden hose.

I also checked for spark at the spark plug, and it seems to be sparking well, and rhythmically.

What could be the problem here?

So, it looks like it was a loose wire around the AMM. I was looking for the AMM, and I was moving some wires out of my way, when one of them just fell out of the crimp sleeve they were in. I stripped the ends of the wires, and put a new sleeve in, and it started right up!
