My van will drive fine and then after a while it will not go anymore above a couple miles per hour. The whole car shakes like I am pushing it to go and then the front left driver side smells like something's burning and if I keep going and actually has smoke coming out. Also, if I let go of the gas the car just stops it does not decelerate at all.

Good evening.

It sounds like the left front brakes are not releasing and preventing the car from moving.

You need to check the brakes and see if that wheel is locking up.

You are welcome.

Check the brake hose and the caliper. They are common failures for this issue.
