We have changed the fuel pump and ignition coils. When we loosened the plugs we discovered that it was saturated with fuel.

Hi,

Let's take a step back. Since you discovered they are saturated with fuel, have you changed the plugs? What happens is once they become saturated like this, they can't carry a spark and are called fouled plugs.

While you are changing the plugs, pull the first one out and connect the new plug to the plug wire and hold it against the block then crank the engine and see if you have spark. If you have spark, then I would change all the plugs and retest to see if you just had fouled plugs. It is possible that you had a issue with the coil and all the cranking fouled the plugs.

If you have changed the plugs since then and it still does not start, I would just pull one out and check for spark the same way because I assume you don't have spark, since it appears you have fuel. If this is the case, we can go down that path.

Let me know and we will go from there. Thanks
