Car not running well

I have had a vn Berlina for two weeks my step dad got it really clean and it ran really nice, yesterday I drove it home from work and when I got to about 80 km's when I accelerated the car would make a loud noise and vibrate I was worried to drive it home but got home. Took it to work today and it was really sluggish, had a lot of trouble picking up speed did not want to go past 60 km's made the noise more often do not think I should be driving it around. I do need to flush the radiator, but not sure if this would cause the symptoms.
please help if you have any ideas.

Check the center bearing on the tail shaft these can fail and cause massive vibration.
