I had some repairs done on my vehicle and ran perfectly fine. I was on my way to a store went in came out car is completely dead I go to crank and nothing it looked like it had power in the beginning then every display, light door switches lost all power I asked someone for jumper cables and tried jumping the vehicle in park nothing switched it to neutral it was hesitant then fired right up drove it back home with no issues the moment I parked and turn off the vehicle, tried cycling the key dead again

Also rad was replaced battery, terminal leads, maf sensor I noticed as the car gets older it's a lot of electrical components that go bad I was also told it could be the neutral safety switch but could that kill the whole car

No, the whole car going down is a main power issue, I would clean the battery cables, and this is important, with after market cable ends the connection goes bad at the cable end where the wire part contacts the terminals. I would use a wire brush to clean the surfaces and if not get new ends, if you upload image image of the battery with the terminals I can tell for sure what is going on. Here is a guide to help as well.
