Car jerking/blown starter fuse

Every week my car will start spazzing out. It’ll start jerking when I try to accelerate. Eventually, my car just won’t start. Well, we found out that the starter fuse keeps blowing too. I don’t know what could be causing this. Please help.

When you say it wont start. do you mean it wont crank over (starter) or the starter works but the engine wont run? Lets load test the battery first. here is a guide that will help us:
