Car is turning off

The car is turning off at a red light and when it turns green and I start to drive it turns off on me, and it is also miss firing. I had a problem with my code PO3OO miss fired detected and I bought four ignition wire boots and when I placed them onto the spark plus it rattle the engine and it would stop on me when I drive and back up. So I did not like what was going on so I took the wire boots off and I placed the old ones back on and everything stopped, except for the fact that my car still turns off on me. So I took it to a mechanic and he put a brand new ejector number four and the ignition wire boots but it is still stopping and miss firing, and I cant get obd codes?Please help me!
