I started my vehicle up the other day and the RPMs shot up to about 3000 and then would fluctuate erratically. I have attached the codes that I pulled. I need to note that there is a pretty decent sized hole in the muffler. Would that have anything to do With the issue?

The hole in the muffler should not matter. To me it sounds like the throttle body needs to be serviced which is what I would do first, here is a video to show you how on a similar engine.

Please go over this guide as well.

If you have a vacuum leak or the MAP sensor is dirty this will cause a lean condition which can cause high idle as well. I would remove it and clean it, here is the location. Check out the images (below). Let us know what you find, clear the codes once the repairs have been made.

Of course! I actually rated you a couple years ago on google, but I just updated it to a more lengthy review with excellent Service.
I tried posting on sitejabber, multiple times, but it wouldn’t let me finish. Just kept buffering and not finishing for some reason.
Thanks again!
