Car horn on the steering wheel of my 2003 Buick Regal

Is there a place I can find a picture of how to change the car horn located on the steering wheel? I obviously have an old car and not much money. So I need it spelled out for me.I already checked the relay in the fuse box and the car horn fuse. They look alright to me. But I really need a horn. There are no other symtoms.

Did you try switching the relay with another one with the same part number?
