I am currently working on a 2002 toyota RAV4, It hesitates when accelerating or reving when its Idle, So I had it scanned and there were numerous trouble codes cylinder misfire cylinder 1-4, So I replaced the old plugs with new ones, after sometime I scanned the car again and the trouble codes were cleared. But the car still hesitates when accelerating or reving it. What could be the cause

This is going to have to be diagnosed using a scan tool and analyzing the sensor data. It could be many, many different things like MAF, vacuum leaks, low fuel pressure, incorrect temp sensor readings, intake snorkel leaks, etc, etc.

All of the sensor data has to be analyzed in the scan tool looking for anything out of parameter.

Most good scan tools will give you expected sensor values.
