Hi,

Previously my car used to accelerate until 60 - 70 miles on speedometer without much issues. But from last one month observing that after 40 miles, when accelerate further it's making more sound and rpm suddenly raises to 3000.

Few services did 4 months back :
1. Automatic transmission fluid flush.
2. Oil change (Full Synthetic oil) 1500 miles before.
3. Coolant flush.

After observed this issue: (Below jobs done by me.)
1. Changed 4 spark plugs.
2. Intake and Fuel system cleaning
a) Engine filter cleaning (this was replaced 6000 miles back).
b) Intake manifold cleaning with CRC cleaner.
c) CRC 1 tank Fuel system cleaner used with oil for one time.

Now it is little better than previous state, but still am seeing sluggishness. Can you please advise me how to troubleshoot and fix this issue?

Here is a guide that runs through the basics of a hesitation. However, it sounds like you covered some of them. The first thing I would do is hook up a fuel pressure gauge and monitor the pressure while this is happening. I attached the detail on how to hook this up on your vehicle. Let me know what the fuel pressure is and we can go from there.
