I have a 1998 Ford Taurus 24v Dohc. It was running fine and than just shut off. Almost like when you run out of gas but I was not out of gas. After letting it sit for about 30 minutes it started again. We towed it home and once it gets to running temperature it shuts off (same it sounds like I'm out of gas). We have cleaned egr, idle air control valve, and the intake and throttle body. The fuel filter was changed. It has a new fule pump, new camshaft sensor and connector, new ignition coil, and new crank sensor. Obd2 pops code P0320(ignition engine speed input circuit fault). Please help!

Have a local pro check this for a bad pcm he will have to program it to your car if it's bad anyhow. Also check for loose wires at ignition coils and short circuit in secondary ignition circuit like plug wires etc.
