Crank no start issue?

When trying to start the engine it cranks and wants to start but can't. Check engine light shows on the board Was also back firing Changed the ignition coils Recently changed the plugs Fuel pressure also okay.

It sounds like it jumped time, does it sound normal when the engine is cranking? Also, will it run on starting fluid?
