car alarm sounds and car won't start. battery and alternator are fine, only happens once in a while. started 2/3 months ago.

Hello,
It sounds like an issue with the immobilizer system.
So when the immobilizer activated you are unable to start the vehicle. It is a anti-theft protection device.
It could be due to a faulty module. Also it could just need to be reset.
Try this method to reset:
On your key for press the unlock button 3 times.
Then press the panic button once.
Lock and unlock the driver door with your key.
That should reset the system.
