Location of Instrument cluster wiring harness needed

I recently reinstalled my dashboard on my vehicle listed above it is the LT model. However, when doing so I could not find the wiring connector for the instrument cluster and without it I have no power to my gauges. Does anyone know where it could be?

It could not have gone too far, being that there is not much slack in it. It would have come up from below, so it could be somewhere around the steering column. You can take the bolts off of the brackets holding and slide it back and forth. You also might be able to get a view from under the dash by putting the driver's seat all the way back and getting under it.

Either way, it has to be somewhere near where it is supposed to be.
