Cant get the car to idle properly

Car will not idle properly, I have changed plugs with motocraft platinum, plug wires, coil, idle air control valve and PCV valve and elbow. Still getting codes P0301, misfire cylinder one and P0102 please help!

You have a misfire on cylinder #1 and an issue with the MAF. First you have to determine if it's compression, fuel or spark that is lacking on that cylinder. For the MAF check the intake snorkel carefully for anywhere it could be leaking air. You may also want to do a backpressure test on the exhaust to look for a plugged converter.
