When coming to a stop it will run fine for a few seconds and then starts sounding like it is chugging?

My car runs great while my foot is on the gas and I'm going down the road. But when I come to a stop it'll run fine for a few seconds and then start sounding like its chugging air and wants to shut off on me for a few seconds, and then it will run fine for a few seconds and then keep doing that back and forth. It has died on me a few times too. But when I push the gas and start moving again it runs fine. I've replaced the spark plugs, coil packs, 02 sensors, fuel filter, fuel pump, throttle position sensor, crankshaft position sensor, mass airflow sensor, radiator and battery. I've also cleaned the injectors and throttle body. I'm at my wits end and the car is slowly but surely getting worse. Please help me.

I have seen a sticking EGR valve cause this problem. If this valve sticks open it will cause an internal vacuum leak. Here is the location of the valve and a video to show you how to check it.
