I been having trouble with my Pontiac lately. It doesn't happen all the time, therefore no mechanic can actually diagnose it. So it happen again and I finally got a chance to record what it was doing and I have included the video attachment please help me. Ive been to 6 different mechanics and they all tell me different things because it doesn't happen when I'm at the shop so they can never be specific.

Try cleaning throttle plate on both sides as it looks to be surging clean iac hole as well with choke cleaner. Then check for a air leak in duct work or grommets on engine. Then check fuel pressure with a gauge might be a clogged filter causing that.
