Turn signal lights stays will not turn off

I change the signal light switch and when I turn it off the engine it stays on. I have to remove a fuse to turn it off and the running light stay on. Can some one please help?

The only way it can stay going is if the turn signal/hazard switch is not cutting the circuit, but to be sure lets use this guide and the blinker wiring diagrams below to see whats doing on.

I check all the wires and they were okay, but I found this little switch when turn the truck on it did nothing so I push it a couple of times turn it on and it lock turn of it let go I do not know if that was the problem but it is working fine now. Thank you very much for your help. It was driving me crazy because it worked fine before so thank you again for your help.
