I turn the key, the dash lights up and the radio comes on but when I try cranking it nothing?

I have the car listed above Lsi. It cranked (turned over) and started right up like it should repeatedly without hesitation. But the other day I drove it to work and when I got off the car wouldn't start. I turn the key, the dash lights up and the radio comes on but when I try cranking it nothing. It is a manual; I am pressing the clutch and yes, it's in neutral. Could it be the clutch, the starter, or neutral safety switch?

It sounds like the starter may have gone out but to be sure please go over this guide which will have you check for power at the starter trigger, and we can go from there on how to fix it.
