I have these codes listed below. I have checked every fuse on the car, replaced the power supply module in the engine, replaced the wiring harness from the ecu to the Servotronix motor, I have put all new spark plugs in, cylinder 2 got a new fuel injector and ignition coil, new oxygen sensor,

The car got a new motor then got repossessed and sat in a tow yard for 3 years and I bought it at auction. I'm the only one to drive it with the new engine.

These are a lot of codes, I would clear them and then turn the system on without cranking the engine over, then run the codes again, this will give us the most prevalent codes.

Also, I would check all fuses again with the systems on and if they are okay, I have seen the front control module cause all kinds of strange problems like you are having.

I would also look for water damage by looking under the carpet which is where many modules are located. Here is the footwell module location, I would disconnect the battery and remove the module electrical connectors and look for corrosion. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.

Battery is fine and I have checked every fuse twice. I replaced the relay that's in front of the fuse box under the hood on the passenger side. There is no corrosion. There is no water damage. The abs, transmission codes, cylinder 2 misfire, and vvl low voltage are the ones always there.

It sounds like the footwell module is out, please check out the post above, I updated it. You can get a preprogrammed unit by searching Google or Ebay. I would clear the codes and then turn the system on without starting the engine and run the codes again to help confirm the failure.
