I have the car listed above ltz, and the torque converter is slipping. I can do most car repairs with my knowledge or YouTube videos. Is it possible for someone like me to change? Do you have a video of how to do it if you aren't sure? Thanks

You will need to judge that for yourself, to change the torque converter the transmission will need to be removed.

Here are the instructions and a video that will help you with the job:

You will need to disconnect the battery and drain the coolant, then you will need an engine cradle to hold the engine up inside the car when the subframe is removed. Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response of any problems so we can see what to help you with.

Would a cherry picker engine hoist work the same or well enough as a cradle?

Would you advise using a jack to lift engine or does it need to go pretty high up?

The engine stays in the same place, in fact you don't even undo the engine mounts, it just stays in place, please go over this video to see what I am talking about. It shows the job but on a similar car.
