Two days ago check engine light came on. Within an hour, the car started running horribly and engine was chattering. I put the diagnostic on it and it threw several codes. Cam sensor, crank sensor, 02 sensor, EVAP, cylinder four misfire, and bank 1 running lean. I talked to my buddy who said could just be the crank sensor throwing everything off. I changed one but was told there are two. I have checked diagrams but the other sensor is not where they show. Please help. And do you think it is just the cam sensor causing all that? Before this I have had no issues with the car. Oh, the sensor I changed was on the passenger side at the front of the front valve cover.

I only see the one crank sensor on the front. With all of these codes all of a sudden like this for all these possible sensors, I would suspect perhaps the power feed five volt voltage to all of them sensors may be low. I would check that first.
Or perhaps a loose ground, I see a G101 for the crank sensor, located passenger side firewall, under hood. Let me see if any others share that ground.
G101 is also for MAF, PCM, transmission range sensor.

Okay. How might I go about doing that? Yes, that was all I found was the one cam sensor. This thing had me going crazy for over an hour looking for the second. It is weird how it just went from running fine to running like a slot machine all at once.

I do not think the crank and cam sensors actually have a five volt feed, which means they produce their own voltage.
At first you said you were told there were two crank sensors, now I see you thought there were two cam sensors, but I see only one of each.
The camshaft sensor is front of left cylinder head.

I would post the trouble codes, then pick out the most important one or the one that maybe appears to be related to the most and just work on that one code for to begin. Then work on the second, and so on.
So, what are the codes?

The diagram I checked said there were two on the 3.0 engine. And the guy at the parts store said there were two. But I only found one and it was not where the diagram showed. So I am thinking it was a different engine in the diagram. I am going to run the diagnostic again and see what shows.

I have a 2006. I am not sure what year the engine in the diagram is. I searched up for a 2006. Let me go get the link.

A trouble code does not always mean it is the sensor that is bad, the code points to that sensor's circuit, it could be a wire, a ground, etc.

Does the alternator make a lot of noise by chance?
I am also reading a cam sensor not installed correctly can cause this code to come back. Let me get the correct procedure, hold on one.

Okay, about the alternator. Just going through the trouble shooting steps, there are thirty pages.
I do not see how the cam sensor can be installed wrong as long as the bolt hole aligns up.
Okay, next, does this cam sensor have two or three wires?
I see two, dark blue/orange and brown/light green, correct?

I swear it sounds like the lifter collapsed or something, but I do not if maybe the cam sensor threw it off time and the valves are chattering or something. I do not what is going on at this point. The engine sound has me really concerned.
