Cam bearing and carrier torque and sequence needed?

I am having trouble finding the torque specs and sequence for the camshaft retainers (bearings) and for the camshaft carrier to cylinder head.

These are not one times bolts so that is good, also you will need a camshaft alignment tool. Yep, you are correct, they do not show anything on it but the camshaft tightening reaction tool.

Boy, that is a new one. can't just tighten things down anymore lol. Check out the images (below). Sorry.
