When I push the brake, the caliper works as it should. But when it release it, it won't open caliper back it stays lock. I have changed caliper twice rotor twice and put already five sets of brake pads on.

Hello,

The caliper could be sticking due to a collapsed brake hose.
A collapsed hose will not allow the brake fluid to travel back from the calipers which leads to the caliper sticking.
Is it just for one caliper or more than one is being affected?
Did you change the rubber hose that was attached to the caliper?

If the hose has been changed then this could be related to the ABS hydraulic module.

Let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you.
