I just got this nice sts. I was wanting to replace the plugs. For bettet proformace/fuel econ. My car have the carbon fiber engine cover. I was wondering how does the cover come off. Also are the plugs easy to get to? And will there be anything I should worry about? (Computer)

You will probably have the best performance and economy with the plugs that are in it. Unless, you are putting exact o.E. Replacements in it. The plugs are good to 150k miles, anything other than what is called for and you are asking for problems. I have not seen a carbon fiber engine cover. Remove the oil cap, lift and gently pull forward. It should come off.
