My Oxygen sernsor are bad Bank 1 sensor 1 and Bank 2 sensor 1. I just change one of them Bank 1 sensor 1.

My question is why is my car running like if is missfiering? What should I do now? Is it because I just change One of them?

O2 sensor is and never was bad. You have a missfire and the sensor cannot adjust properly. You must find out and repair the missfire so the sensor can function again.
