I just replaced the ISC motor due to a fluctuating idle when the engine was cold. The actuator was making a clicking sound an wasn't operating properly. Since the new part was installed, the engine idles at 1500 rpm and after acceleerating the rpms do not drop immediately (5 seconds to return to 1500 rpm). On occasion, when I place the car in park or nuetral, I hear a grinding sound and feel a vibration in the brake pedal when I release the brakes. "Traction Active" appears on the display. I believe it has something to do with the ile problem because it occurred only after the ISC motor swap. Any ideas?

Don't really know on the false abs activation, but the high idle and what is referred to as 'sail-on' is a result of the idle relearn needing to be performed. To do this properly, the minimum air rate and tps adjustment should be checked and adjusted first, if necessary. The process involves some special tools, a dvom, and some product knowledge or access to service information. The idle relearn itself can be done entirely through the vehicles on-board diagnostic function.
