2005 Cadillac SRX Tire sizes.

Hello, my wife and I own a 2005 SRX V6 with the performance package. The stock tire sizes are; ft 235-60-18 & rr 255-55-18. I would like to put 255-55-18 tires on all four corners. My local dealers can't give me the same answer.

If I do change the tire sizes, will it make the car's computer "trigger" a light?

It could, I am not 100% sure. There might also be the capability of programming the tire sizes to it. I am pretty sure that when one of our vehicles is upfitted with custom, or snow tire/wheels, that they are all the same size. The fact that they are different circumferences(235/255), in theory would trigger a light due to the speed difference.
