I have a noise that sounds like its coming from right front tire. ITs a ROTATIONAL noise when moving, goes faster and slower as you drive faster and slower.
Occurs with brake pedal pressure or with NO brake petal pressure. However, cant feel it, can only hear it.
how do I figure this out?
rotated tires, does not appear to follow tire, but really hard to tell.
is it a bad rotor or pad?
what do you think or can you help me to diagnostics fefore changing out things randomly?

Does the noise change in turns? Louder on left turns, quiter on right? It sounds like it may be a bad wheel bearing (hub assembly) common GM problem.

The noise does not appear to change much but may get louder when turn right.
What else can I do to verify?
What is downside to continue driving or when is it critical to repair?

Lifting the suspect wheel off th egound and seeing if there is any play or noise when wheel is turned. I would replace it ASAP, it will eventually cause an ABS code and could break/seize and cause an accident
