2001 Cadillac Seville speedometer, tach and turn signals st

About 5 months ago I was have intermitent problems with the tach, speedometer and turn signals stopped working after the car would get warm. Now they do not work at all. The gas gauge and temp gauge still works and I get a service electrical sys on the hud. Also I am unable to input commands into the hud or scroll threw the settings. I have checked fuses and relays. Could this be a grounding problem? Thank you for an help you can provide.

You probally need to send out the IP through the dealer to repair, you could scan the codes but I dont have a 2001 book to inturpet them, after 2000 caddy went to online books
