2000 Cadillac Seville air conditioning

My air conditioner started not blowing out very much air and then the passenger side floor board became soaking wet. After that the air conditioner would work sometimes and then sometimes it would barely blow any air out at all. Now its not working period. Could you tell me what is wrong with it?

Not working by not cooling, or not blowing? The floor being wet could be caused by poor condensate draining. The poor airflow and excessive water could be a result of evaporator icing due to improper system operation, due to a restriction or faulty expansion device. The fact that it stopped working could be a resuilt of low refrigerant due to a leak, or from the aforementioned malfunction causing head pressures to get high enough and force the refrigerant out the blow-off valve.
